Preview: Hull City U18s vs Crewe Alexandra U18s

Hull City Under-18s are in U18 Professional Development League action against Crewe Alexandra at Bishop Burton College on Tuesday afternoon (KO 12pm).

John Anderson and Terry Boyle's young side head into the clash looking to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Charlton Athletic at the weekend, which brought an end to their impressive five-game unbeaten run.

Crewe, who are one point and one place above the Tigers in ninth in the U18 Professional Development League North table, ended a nine-game losing run on Saturday with a 3-1 home win over Cardiff City.

The U18 Professional Development League is split into two regional divisions, North and South. Teams play opponents in their own division twice and the other division once, with the sides who finish first and second in each league meeting in the end-of-season play-offs to determine the overall national champions.

Admission to the game is free for all supporters. We will aim to bring you half-time and full-time score updates via the Academy’s official Twitter account. Click here to follow us on Twitter.
