Preview: Leeds United U18s vs Hull City U18s

Hull City Under-18s will be looking to put the 4-2 home defeat to Birmingham City behind them when they face Leeds United at Thorp Arch on Saturday morning (KO 11am).

John Anderson and Terry Boyle's young Tigers will be searching for their first Professional Development League win of the season in the Yorkshire Derby after picking up two points - with draws against QPR and Barnsley - in their opening seven games of the season.

Leeds, meanwhile, have won four of their first six games but face the Tigers aiming to bounce back a 2-1 defeat away at Nottingham Forest last time out.

The U18 Professional Development League is split into two regional divisions, North and South. Teams play opponents in their own division twice and the other division once, with the sides who finish first and second in each league meeting in the end-of-season play-offs to determine the overall national champions.
